Pluto Exposed (and nearly last call for discounted 30 min consults) ~ 12 Dec 2014

On Pluto and Charon and Nix and Hydra. On Keberos and Styx, now head toward Eris.

Well, it’s a little like The Night Before Christmas and also Sunset Boulevard.

The “first there is a planet, then there is no planet then there is” Pluto now prepares for a close-up, just like Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard - a movie which featured astrology within its plot.

The New Horizons Spacecraft, three billion miles from Earth, received a wake-up call at 9:53 P.M. on December 6. Shake out the cobwebs, point toward Pluto and his four moons and co-planet object, Charon, and get ready to explore his domain up close and personal. On January 15th New Horizons, whose name intends to honor Nix and Hydra commences the photo shoot. Next year, the probe makes its closest approach to Pluto on July 14th at 07:49:59 EST. (For those wondering, New Horizons launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida at 2:00 P.M. on January 19, 2006).

Soon we will be receiving likenesses of Pluto that will exceed anything we’ve known. These images stand to open insights about other comparable Kuiper Belt Objects/planets at the near edge of the solar system. Who knows? Maybe New Horizons will capture images of yet unknown bodies out in that celestial neck of the woods. I am reminded of Mike Brown’s (discovering astronomer of Eris) lecture speculation that there is a decent chance a planet the size of Mars lies unknown in the orbital realm of Sedna. Oh, I hope so!

Once and for all, the debate regarding Pluto’s planetary status should be put to rest, and we can get back to the business of forecasting unmitigated personal transformations for those savoring transits from and to Pluto. And soon, with the New Horizon images to come, the fuzzy awareness of the Kuiper Belt becomes clearer. So, too, perhaps the integration of the planets Eris, Makemake, Haumea and Sedna - as well as the yet unnamed 225088 - seamlessly weaves into the fabric of astrological comprehension and consultation.

So be warned. As Pluto is exposed, astrologers should be on notice that they, too, will require new horizons in thinking resulting from the boundless inclusion of all the solar system’s planets. How exciting. This wake-up call is an amazing holiday present that will keep giving and giving during the months and years ahead! As discoveries pour in, I will post updates.

This will be short due to the holiday frenzy. Likely this will be my last official post (except for maybe one last sale reminder) until the last week of the year, unless some discovery comes pouring in during the next two weeks.

However you celebrate, Happy Holidays to one and all. May 2015 hold promise and fulfillment beyond expectations!

More soon.
